We Gathered at the New Year’s Welcome Dinner

With the intense participation of our members, we came together on January 15, 2025. Our meeting and dinner, sponsored by AKM Metallurgy and Jumo Turkey, took place at the Radisson Blu Hotel with 110 attendees. The opening speech of our meeting, which started at 17:30 on January 15, was made by the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Hasan Çep. First, our sponsor members, who greatly contributed to our gathering, Mr. Kürşat Ergin and Mr. Ahmet Algan from the Board of Directors of AKM Metallurgy, and Mr. Volkan Turan, General Manager of Jumo Turkey, were given the floor. Then, Ms. Ezgi Özyurt from AKM Metallurgy made a presentation about their company and products. The presentation of Jumo Turkey was made by the company’s General Manager, Mr. Volkan Turan.

After the presentations, Efsiad Honorary President Mr. Mehmet Özdeşlik gave a speech on both Efsiad and sectoral issues. A similar speech was made by former president Mr. Cihan Acaroğlu.

After the final speeches, plaques were presented by Dr. Hasan Çep to Mr. Demet Erten, General Manager of AKM Metallurgy, and Mr. Volkan Turan, General Manager of Jumo Turkey, in memory of the day.

After the first session of the event, which was held in two sessions, our meeting ended with dinner and music.
